📣Edenlife Byford construction update 📣
It's been a busy and exciting few weeks at Edenlife Byford, with plenty of progress taking shape across the community, and we're thrilled to share the latest updates with you 😎.
Over the past fortnight, footpaths and concrete works have been underway along the main entry and boulevard. These additions are helping to define the look and feel of Edenlife Byford, giving future residents a glimpse of the inviting, walkable streetscapes that are central to the lifestyle we're creating.
The great weather has also played its part, with dry conditions allowing works to push ahead without delay. Electrical works that were previously held up are now on track for completion that will pave the way for data and communications infrastructure, as well as solar installation, to progress smoothly. We're also excited to share that the main switchboard and solar battery have now arrived on site, with the finishing touches to the switchboards currently being completed.
Another milestone is the preparation of roads, which are now being sanded to ensure everything is ready for the delivery of our very first homes. We're on track to welcome those home arrivals in mid-to-late October - a massive step in bringing this vibrant new community to life.
With every week, Edenlife Byford is becoming more real, and we can't wait to share even more milestones with you in the weeks ahead.
