A Buddhist Reflection on Time

Many of us live as though there will always be another tomorrow.

Another opportunity to call a loved one.
Another chance to begin again.
Another moment to say what is in our hearts.

The Buddha reminded us that life is impermanent. None of us know how many days remain, only that each day is precious.

When we truly understand this, our priorities begin to change.

We spend less energy on resentment, comparison, and things beyond our control.

We spend more time loving deeply, being present, cultivating peace, and appreciating the people and moments that make life meaningful.

Time is a gift.

May we use it wisely.
May we use it kindly.
May we use it to create more peace, compassion, and love in the world. 💛🪷
