Queensland’s property market continues to show resilience 🏡

New ABS figures reveal that while the national mean dwelling price declined during the June 2026 quarter, Queensland moved in the opposite direction.

Queensland’s mean dwelling price increased from $1,114,800 to $1,130,600, making it the second-highest state average in Australia.

However, buyer confidence remains under pressure due to living costs and concerns about further interest-rate rises. This means accurate pricing, strong presentation and effective marketing remain important when selling.
