Quick question… if you walked through this home, would you know it was modular? 🤔 Most people wouldn’t.
There’s still this idea out there that modular homes are somehow “less than” a traditional onsite build… but honestly, that couldn’t be further from the truth.
We’ve had a client send through these amazing professional photos of their home as they get ready to list it for rent and wow… what a result! These photos highlight exactly what we always say, a well built modular home is no different to a traditional onsite build when it’s finished.
Same level of finish.
Same compliance and standards as any onsite build.
Same feel.
Same quality where it actually counts.
The only real difference? A smarter, more efficient build process behind the scenes.
While a traditional build is exposed to weeks (or months) of weather delays and moving parts, modular homes are built in a controlled environment which means better consistency, faster build times, less weather delays and less stress for everyone involved.
The fact it’s now heading straight onto the rental market says a lot. Investors are seeing the value in getting a high-quality home completed sooner and ready to generate income faster.
