All Seasons Home Improvements is locally owned and well trusted Renovations Specialist located in Cairns, Far North Queensland. All Seasons Home Improvements carry out residential and commercial building works including extensions, renovations, kitchen and bathroom renovations and fit outs from the Design Stage to Practical Completion. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Representative/Estimator to join our friendly and motivated team.
Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
Vet new leads and book client appointments
Conduct site measures/meetings with clients to obtain a scope of works and manage realistic budget expectations
Obtain trade quotes and calculate accurate estimates
Present clients with estimates and concept drawings
Complete Master Builders Contracts
Submit Building Applications
Liaise with Project Supervisor
Price and complete Client Variations
Attend Weekly Sales Meetings
Maintain client relations with follow up calls
Meet monthly KPI’s
Work Hours & Benefits:
This is a full time position with the successful applicant working from 8.00 to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, with 4 weeks Annual Leave and paid Public Holidays. In return for your hard work and dedication you will be rewarded with both a salary and generous bonuses.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Two years of sales experience
