This has been a hard message to post, but it has come time to part with my beautiful beach hut at Russell Heads. I am getting older in life and need to prepare for retirement.
*Has.been re-roofed a couple years ago with colourbond ultra.
*The bearers and joists needed to complete the back deck area are all down there ready and waiting, along with a bunch of stud timber.
*Beach front location in one of the best.
*Shared pontoon access.
