We are Pointons Lawyers a small and friendly law firm large on service. We are a local company and have over 20 years’ experience. We offer a range of services, with our main service being conveyancing. Have you ever tried to buy or sell property with no assistance? This can be a daunting experience. At Pointons Lawyers we can complete this process for you as stress free as possible. Our role in this process is to ensure you receive advice in regards to your legal rights and obligations. We can start the conveyancing process by providing advice and assisting you with reviewing the contract before you sign, especially if there are special conditions that you are unsure about and need clarification. From this step forward we continuously work with you through the steps until the sale or purchase has been finalised. At Pointons Lawyers we will assist you with your conveyancing whether it be purchasing your dream home, business or buying an investment property, so that the experience does not become a nightmare. Once your conveyancing matter has been finalised there is one other important matter to consider for yourself and your family. Please ensure you update your wills to reflect the purchase or sale of your property. Andrew Sneddon is the Principal at Pointons Lawyers and he believes in helping the local community. If you are looking for a Solicitor to assist with your legal matters, please phone 07 4050 9300 or email: [email protected] to discuss your needs.
