Stunning day in tropical FNQ as I head into town for a coffee and chat with Jess Lui | Home Lending.

We're discussing all things lending, investing, and the property market.

A long weekend is always a good reminder to slow down, enjoy where we live, and make time for the people who matter. 🌿

Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning at home, heading out to explore Far North Queensland, or simply taking a well-earned break, I hope you have a wonderful King's Birthday long weekend.

From my family to yours, enjoy the extra time to relax, recharge, and appreciate this beautiful part of the world we get to call home. 💛

Happy King's Birthday!

Thank you Cairns Local News.

Three awards. One very proud Cairns mum. 🏆🏆🏆

A huge thank you to Cairns Local News for sharing my story and featuring me as the “Cairns local mum wins three awards.”

I went to Sydney hoping to represent Oasis Buyer’s Agent, the regional business I’ve built here in Cairns while raising my two boys and competing alongside incredible mums in business Australia wide.

Coming home with:

🥇 Gold, People’s Choice Customer Service
🥇 Gold, Business to Business Service
🥈 Silver, Real Estate and Property

was something pretty bloody special.

My boys deserve a huge part of the credit too. They are the reason I work as hard as I do, the reason I keep pushing, and they have been along for this ride with me from day one.

A massive thank you to AusMumprenuer, everyone behind the awards, and every client, supporter, friend and local who has backed me and my business.

Turns out a Cairns mum with two little boys, a big idea and a bloody strong work ethic can make some serious noise nationally. 😂

Thank you, Cairns. I’m incredibly proud to bring these three home. 🧡

CAIRNS business owner and single mum Angela Crawford has been recognised with three national awards at the 2026 AusMumpreneur Awards, taking home two golds and one silver.

Another happy client with settlement happening tomorrow 😊

My client works FIFO, so having guided support throughout the process removed (most 😉) of his stress and overwhelm.

It takes a great team to ensure a smooth transaction. From Oasis Buyer's Agent, lending broker, insurance broker, the OG of accountants that help to clarify in simple terminology Chromatic Accounting & Tax and a top gun property manager.

Well done Craig - it's a great solid unit. Welcome to the world of property investing 👏 🏠 🔑 🤩

My biggest takeaway from Tony Robbins and Fortuna One event

Burn the boats! If you're wanting to move forward in your life either financially, professionally, mentally or personally...

BURN THE BOATS 🔥

Don't give yourself a way out, a plan B or have one foot on the boat for safety. Storm the island, amd burn the boats so your only option is to move forward and conquer the island.

Too many of us play it safe but wish for something more. Safe is comfortable, however there is no growth in comfort.

Get comfortable in the uncomfortable. Learn what you don't know or pay someone to teach you and move forward faster!

Send me a DM if you are ready to push forward ⏩️
