Today I wanted to acknowledge someone who wears many hats – Principal of our real estate business, a respected community member, and most importantly, my Dad.

I am incredibly proud to share that he has been awarded an Order of Australia in recognition of his outstanding service to the Caloundra community.

For decades, he has given countless hours to causes that have helped shape and strengthen our local community through Surf Life Saving, Rugby League, and Naval Cadets. His commitment has never been about recognition – it has always been about giving back, supporting others and making a difference.

As his daughter and business partner for over 20 years, I have had a front-row seat to the dedication, hard work and genuine care he puts into everything he does, whether in business, in community service, or with family. The values he lives by – integrity, commitment and service – are the same values that have guided both our business and our lives.

This recognition is incredibly well deserved and reflects a lifetime of contribution to others.

Free parking is coming to the Caloundra CBD from 2 March!

The change supports the precinct’s unique mix of local shops, cafés, services and strong visitor appeal.

Paid parking will be removed across the CBD, while two hour (2P) limits will remain to help keep spaces turning over and ensure fair access for locals, businesses and visitors.
