You really can’t please anyone these days! Elon builds a flying car, lands it safely…… and the stock goes DOWN! 📉

Zoom out, though, and things look a little different. 📈 Perspective is a funny thing.

I spent five years trading crypto and learnt that markets aren’t just about numbers. They’re about people and emotion.

Since Being In Real Estate, I’ve realised the psychology is pretty similar! 👀

One minute, everyone’s excited. Then they’re worried. Then they’re waiting for a crash. Six months later, they’re wondering why they didn’t buy!

The media doesn’t help either. 📰 Prices rise and everyone wants in. Headlines turn negative and suddenly everyone’s an economist, convinced the world is ending!
Then confidence returns and someone says,
“We should’ve bought when everyone else was worried!”

Thankfully, property isn’t crypto. Imagine your house dropping 25% overnight, then doubling by dinner! 😆

I’m not saying every dip is a buying opportunity. Everyone’s situation is different, whether you’re buying your first home, upsizing, downsizing or investing.

But I do believe that sometimes it’s worth looking beyond the headlines, taking the emotion out of the noise and focusing on what makes sense for you. 🙌
