Steve’s qualifications include being a Licenced Real Estate Salesperson, and has worked in the real estate industry since 2002. Steve is based at the Ray White Golden Beach office, where he started with the Ray White Group since 2008. Steve has successfully marketed and sold a vast number of houses and units in most areas of Caloundra, and has specialised in brand new homes and the beachside housi
ng market. Before working in real estate, Steve had 15 years experience in the Local Government after completing his Building Apprenticeship. Steve enjoys meeting new people and believes that his strength in the industry is his very real, genuine desire to help people, when they are looking at either buying or selling, what could be their most important and valuable asset. He understands that is can be a very stressful time and likes to remove the stress by assisting with his professional attitude and immense experience of and in the industry.
