【Hawthorn Club construction update】

The builders are currently working their way up the building, with joinery and internal fit outs occurring on level 3 and 4.

The completion of Hawthorn Club is anticipated for mid/late April 2019. This is subject to favourable conditions or unforeseen delays.

Please understand that an exact settlement date cannot be provided until the Plan of Subdivision has been registered and the Certificate of Occupancy achieved.

【Hawthorn Club Construction Update】
Hope everyone had a lovely festive period and welcome to 2019. Current status of works onsite are:

• Internal walls are now complete up to level 2.
• Floors are currently being laid on level 1.
• All services, cabling and structure work has now been completed for the whole building.

The completion of Hawthorn Club is still anticipated for late first quarter 2019, with settlement to occur thereafter. This is subject to favourable conditions or unforeseen delays.

Welcome to the【November update for Hawthorn Club.】

With construction works continuing at full speed ahead, we have the following points to communicate to you for this month:

• The crane is now completely removed - a huge milestone for the project.
• Full speed fitting out of all apartments now occurring.
• Half of the balustrades are now installed.

The anticipated completion of Hawthorn Club is now late first quarter 2019, with settlement to occur thereafter. This is subject to favourable conditions or unforeseen delays.

【08.11 MG Oaks Day Gala Luncheon 】

Manors Gate Group partnered up with Chinese Boat Club 澳洲中国游艇荟and took this opportunity to celebrate on Oaks Day in Crown Casino, along with many of our friends.

We are excited to let you know that the builders have now finished top out at Hawthorn Club! Topping out is an important stage for the development and a huge milestone in itself.

Along with the above news, windows have now started going in and the installation of balustrades has now commenced. The first kitchen joinery prototype will be installed next week.

The anticipated completion of Hawthorn Club is still on track for early 2019 with settlement to occur thereafter. This is subject to favourable conditions or unforeseen delays.

Welcome to the August update for 【Hawthorn Club】

As construction at Hawthorn Club continues to progress, we would like to bring you up to date with what is occurring onsite.

The builders have now completed level 2 which is a huge milestone for the project. Preparation for pouring the concrete is also now taking place.
