A pretty special moment.

Awards are great, but for me, this one represents a lot more than what happens on stage.

It represents the conversations behind closed doors, the campaigns that needed a different approach, the negotiations that went late into the night, and most importantly, the trust our clients place in us to get the job done.

There’s a lot that goes into achieving consistent results in real estate, and moments like this are a good reminder of just how much work happens behind the scenes.

Very proud of what we’ve built, and even more excited about where we’re heading.

🏆 A slightly different Weekly Wrap this week!

We filmed this one from our Narellan office just before heading off to the Ray White NSW/ACT Annual Awards, with the whole team dressed up and ready for the night ahead.

Little did we know at the time just how special the night was going to be, with some incredible recognition both personally and for the wider Ray White Macarthur & Nepean Group.

But looking back at this video now, what I'm probably most proud of is having the team standing behind me.

I feel extremely privileged to be able to work in the community I call home, helping families across Macarthur while doing what I love so close to my own family.

To every client who continues to trust myself and the team, thank you. To the team behind me, thank you for the work you put in every single week.

And most importantly, to Eliza and my family, thank you for everything you do behind the scenes that allows me to do what I do.

The awards were an incredible way to finish the week, but ultimately they're a reflection of the work, trust and relationships built throughout the year.

Last night, Team Lappan and I had the absolute honour of attending the Annual Ray White NSW/ACT 2026 Awards, and what a night it was!

We are incredibly humbled and proud to announce that we took out #1 Salesperson, #1 Salesperson for Settled Commission, #2 Internationally for Number of Sales, and #4 Internationally for Settled Commission across the entire Ray White network.

These accolades mean so much, particularly after what has been a challenging and ever-changing market over the past 12 months. To be recognised at the highest level within the Ray White network is something I am genuinely incredibly proud of.

Most importantly, these results are a reflection of the incredible people behind Team Lappan. Another big week across Macarthur, with some sensational results and plenty of new properties coming to market!

This week we filmed the Weekly Wrap from our Camden office, and I wanted to share a great example of just how important communication, buyer management and cross-selling within our team can be when it comes to getting results.

Nicholas from our Campbelltown office had vendors selling their home in Rosemeadow who needed to secure their next move.

Through communication between our teams, his vendors were able to purchase my listing in Spring Farm. This then allowed my Spring Farm vendors to secure their next home through another one of my listings in Camden South.

Three families making their next move, with our teams working together behind the scenes to help make it happen.

In this market, if we simply put properties online and waited for buyers to come to us, there’s a very real chance some of these homes would still be sitting on the market.

And this is just one example of what happens within our team every single day.

On Friday, the Lappan Team had the privilege of taking part in the 24 Hour Row at The Stndrd HQ, raising awareness and much-needed funds for an incredible cause — Talk to Me Bro. 💙

What an event. What a cause. What a community.

The row was split across 24 teams, with one rower continuously taking on the challenge throughout the 24 hours, collectively clocking up an incredible 439klms.

But the distance was only part of the achievement. Most importantly, the event raised more than $18,000 for Talk to Me Bro, supporting their mission to reduce su***de to zero and encourage open conversations around mental health and wellbeing.

A huge congratulations to .matt, and the entire team at for bringing the community together and creating such a powerful, meaningful and memorable event.

We’re proud to have played our part. 💙
