We’re Hiring 🔔 Leasing Consultant

We are currently seeking a leasing consultant to join our team. The role can accommodate either a full time or part time applicant, with experience in a similar role preferred, or would suit someone currently working in real estate reception looking to take the next step into leasing and property management.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Conducting open home and private appointment inspections
- Handling rental enquiries and rental database
- Processing rental applications, including reference checks
- Overseeing lease signing process with new tenants
- Assisting senior property management staff with ingoing and periodic inspections when required
- Handling some social media & advertising
- Plus stepping in with other tasks where needed

Qualifications & Experience
- Possess a Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Must have immaculate presentation along with a great phone manner
- Problem solving ability with no challenge presenting as impossible
- Great attention to detail, takes pride in their work
- Natural customer service ability with client satisfaction as optimum outcome
- Flexibility to work Saturdays
