📰🏡 Hundreds of New Homes on the way in Varsity Lakes

BlueCHP is proud to have been announced as the preferred proponent to deliver and operate 57 affordable homes as part of the Queensland Government's announcement of 270 new homes for Varsity Lakes in the Gold Coast’s south.

As the appointed community housing provider, BlueCHP will deliver and manage the affordable housing component of the project, a five-storey building comprising two-bedroom apartments. Located adjacent to Varsity Lakes Station, the development will provide high-quality, affordable homes close to public transport, employment, education, and essential services.

BlueCHP CEO Charles Northcote welcomed the announcement, saying: “Having a community housing provider lead delivery of the affordable housing reflects a genuine understanding that affordable housing isn't just about construction, it's about long-term, professional management of tenancies and communities. BlueCHP is proud that our track record as a Tier 1 CHP has been recognised, and we look forward to working closely with MEDQ to deliver on that trust”.

📖🫶 New Chapter Begins as our First Victorian SDA Opens

Today, BlueCHP proudly celebrated the official opening of our first SDA development in Victoria.

Delivered in partnership with Bayley House, these purpose-built homes were co-designed with future residents, their families, and support teams to reflect individual needs and goals.

It was a privilege to open the homes alongside the new residents and their families, Bayley House, Brad Rowswell MP, James Newbury MP, and our project partners, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and morning tea.

Creating homes like these takes genuine collaboration, and we extend our sincere thanks to everyone who helped bring this project to life, including our valued partners, Bayley House, For Purpose Investment Partners, Harnest, and de.arch Architects; along with our project team, the allied health professionals, support coordinators, and families, whose insight helped shape these homes.

Together, we've created beautiful forever homes that provide safety, stability, and the opportunity for residents to live with greater independence, choice, and connection.

🎉🏡 Celebrating our 160th Affordable Home in Jordan Springs & Ropes Crossing

Today marked a proud milestone for BlueCHP as we welcomed The Hon. Prue Car MP, Deputy Premier of NSW, to celebrate the completion of our 160th affordable home in the St Mary's ADI Redevelopment Project.

It was a privilege to share this moment with our project partners and stakeholders, who have helped bring this long-term vision to life.

Delivered in partnership with Lendlease, NSW Department of Communities and Justice, Homes NSW, and Housing Australia, these homes continue to create meaningful housing outcomes for individuals and families across Western Sydney.

We sincerely thank Deputy Premier Car for recognising the importance of continued investment in affordable housing and thriving communities.

Thank you also to our valued housing delivery and management partners, including Fowler Homes, Evolve Housing, and Echo Realty, for their ongoing contribution and support.

After fifteen years of collaboration and delivery, we are proud of what we have achieved and excited for the future as the next stages of this project progress.
