🎉🏡 Celebrating our 160th Affordable Home in Jordan Springs & Ropes Crossing

Today marked a proud milestone for BlueCHP as we welcomed The Hon. Prue Car MP, Deputy Premier of NSW, to celebrate the completion of our 160th affordable home in the St Mary's ADI Redevelopment Project.

It was a privilege to share this moment with our project partners and stakeholders, who have helped bring this long-term vision to life.

Delivered in partnership with Lendlease, NSW Department of Communities and Justice, Homes NSW, and Housing Australia, these homes continue to create meaningful housing outcomes for individuals and families across Western Sydney.

We sincerely thank Deputy Premier Car for recognising the importance of continued investment in affordable housing and thriving communities.

Thank you also to our valued housing delivery and management partners, including Fowler Homes, Evolve Housing, and Echo Realty, for their ongoing contribution and support.

After fifteen years of collaboration and delivery, we are proud of what we have achieved and excited for the future as the next stages of this project progress.

🏗️ From Vision to Reality: SDA taking Shape in Victoria

Framing is now underway on BlueCHP’s latest SDA development in Victoria, an exciting step in bringing these homes to life.

Co-designed alongside future residents and in partnership with Bayley House, these homes have been thoughtfully designed to ensure they are practical and fit-for-purpose.

From early concept through to construction, it’s rewarding to see this vision begin to take form on site. We look forward to sharing more as this build progresses.

🤝 Today our CEO Charles Northcote had the pleasure of meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Richard Marles, alongside Will Pryor and Adrian Cordell, to discuss an important housing initiative for Geelong.

The proposed development will deliver 66 much-needed homes, helping to address the critical shortage of social and affordable housing in the region. Without HAFF funding, this project will not proceed.

It was also a valuable opportunity to discuss broader housing market conditions and the growing challenges facing younger Australians in securing stable, affordable housing.

We appreciate the time and engagement on this important issue and remain committed to progressing solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for regional communities like Geelong 🏡

🤝🪏 Breaking ground for better outcomes in South-East Queensland

This week we were delighted to be joined by the Hon. Sam O'Connor MP, project partners and special guests, in Yarrabilba, Logan, to mark the commencement of 10 new social homes.

These homes will be delivered in partnership with the Queensland Government through the Quickstarts QLD program.

Said BlueCHP CEO Charles Northcote, “In partnership with the Queensland Government and Stockland, BlueCHP is pleased to commence this project, delivering a further 10 homes over the next year. BlueCHP continues to work with the State to deliver on its housing target of 53,500 new community homes”.

Led by BlueCHP, this project contributes to the growing supply of well-located, thoughtfully designed housing, supporting improved access to services, increased safety and reduced living costs for future residents.

An important step forward in delivering more long-term community housing across Queensland 🏡

Exciting progress is underway at our Specialist Disability Accommodation development in Parkdale, Victoria, with the project now at foundation stage and preparing for the slab pour.

🔑 🏠 Opening Doors to 27 New Homes for the Cleveland Community

This week BlueCHP were proud to officially open The Carman Apartments in Cleveland with The Hon. Sam O'Connor MP and The Hon. Amanda Stoker MP.

Delivered with the support of the Queensland Government and our project partners, this development provides 27 new community homes for seniors and Queenslanders living with disability.

Most importantly, it was wonderful to see the first residents move in and hear their heartfelt thanks as they begin their next chapter in a safe, secure home.

As BlueCHP CEO Charles Northcote shared:
“It was great to see the first tenants move in and hear their heartfelt thanks for changing their lives. Thank you to the Department of Housing QLD and all partners who contributed to this development”.

⚡🏡 Australia-first Model for Clean Energy and Community Housing

BlueCHP is proud to partner with TagEnergy on The Pines Wind Farm Affordable Housing Project in Oberon, a landmark initiative that will deliver at least 100 affordable housing beds as part of Australia’s first renewable-led new-build affordable housing development.

The project represents an innovative approach to linking major clean energy investment with long-term social infrastructure, ensuring regional communities benefit directly from the energy transition.

As part of the initiative, homes will initially accommodate around 20% of the wind farm construction workforce, helping reduce pressure on Oberon’s local housing market. Following construction, the homes will transition to permanent affordable housing managed by BlueCHP for the Oberon community.

"We are proud to partner with TagEnergy on a truly innovative model that will deliver long-term affordable housing for the Oberon community", BlueCHP CEO Charles Northcote said.
