Please start your post with the words SELLING or BUYING so people can find your posts.
We hope everyone is polite and courteous and if there are any issues we will have to remove people who don't comply.
SELLERS
Please make sure you get names and contact details of anyone who looks at your home and follow up with a call a few days after they visit. Ask them what they thought of your home and would they like to make it their home.
It is useful if you have lovely photos and a floor plan and please put the price if you want serious buyers.
