Welcome to Pinnacle Vista - a home search support service for property buyers in the ACT region. We look after our clients requirements and interests in buying their home or investment property.
Pinnacle Vista is also a women-run social enterprise. This buyers' agency supports marginalised women coming from multicultural backgrounds who are facing domestic violence and multiple barriers (age, race, language, skills, cultural, religion etc.). Profits generated from this enterprise will go to provide business/job training and infrastructure support for these women to make them economically independent.
We like to work particularly with women to know their specific needs, including cultural aspects and preferences (could be Vastu or Feng Shui or family heritage or something else) and help them in getting the best value for money from their purchase.
Being a woman myself and building my own home, I understand what women are looking for when buying their homes - be it the first home or an investment home.
Most importantly, we want to ensure that they have the peace of mind knowing they are not settling for the second best option.
In addition, we will be happy to assist in decorating and organising their new homes in a culturally sensitive way. We have access to a network of small businesses run by our own talented women producing unique and creative ethnic home improvement and furnishing products.
