Due to the upward going dwelling values, ANZ changed the definition for luxury properties. From now on, the luxury property threshold will be increased from $3 million to greater than $4 million. (also with a change of maximum LVR accordingly)

We can see a positive relative real GDP for this post-pandemic era. There is a sharp rebound of Australia's Economy.

Although some businesses are suffering from the end of JobKeeper, the overall market economy is going in a positive way.

In the meantime, due to record low cash rate, we could also observe 📉 unemployment rate and 📈 inflation rate.
