We are very happy with our decision to run with Jonny and his team, they were very professional from start to finish.

We received lots of compliments on the quality of the marketing and they communicated very well throughout the campaign.

They held multiple open homes and private inspections which we were surprised at how hard they were working to sell our property.

They got a good result in a difficult market, and we couldn't be happier.

We were deciding whether to or not to put our home on the market, we wanted a real estate agent that knew his stuff.

After meeting with a couple of agents we were still undecided, then
along came Jonny Warren. After sitting down with Jonny we instantly fell in love with this guy.

He started off by listening to our story (because every home has a story) then he asked what we were expecting in the sale of our home. Jonny then explained to us what the market was doing, the best way to sell our home which was auction and the marketing.

When we finished speaking to Jonny my wife and I felt so confident and relaxed, we decided to be the very first auction for Jonny Warren Real estate. Jonny's knowledge of the market is spot on everything he said he would deliver he did and more.

His marketing ideas are unbelievable, the time and effort put into the pictures and video was what I believe greatly contributed to us getting way more than what was expected at auction.

During the advertising period there wasn't a day go by where he would call us everyday or just drop in to update us or just to see how we were going.

Now that we have sold our home we still remain friends. I just want to finish by saying
that Jonny is one of the most enthusiastic, energetic and knowledgeable gentlemen I have met and I know anybody that puts themselves in his hands will not regret it.

Flawless experience in the sale of my property.

I had put off selling my house for a few years because the idea of everything involved seemed so overwhelming.

After speaking with Jonny he explained the whole process and made it
seem so much less daunting. Not only that he organized everything for me, trades for minor improvements, a stylist, marketing even put me in touch with people to assist in the purchase of a new home.

Jonny then sold my house for a price way above my expectations within a week, I would highly recommended Jonny to anyone who wanted to get the most out of the sale of their property.
