Construction progress on The Eastbourne saw us pouring 11 concrete slabs throughout the November period, taking us well past the halfway mark of structure.

We are thrilled to announce significant project progression at W2 this past week. The successful dismantle of our tower crane marks a significant milestone in our journey.

On Friday, March 15th, the Titan Cranes team commenced the setup of the impressive Grove GMK 6450-1, a 450-tonne mobile crane. This GMK 6450-1 is equipped with six axles and boasts a maximum lifting height of 132m with a 72m jib attached. It showcased its exceptional capabilities during this operation; at full height, the 132m boom and jib combination is capable of lifting 9 tonnes. Throughout the setup, our team ensured meticulous attention to detail, laying the foundation for a safe and efficient operation.

Over the following two days, in collaboration with the Titan Cranes team, the Chase team embarked on the task of dismantling the tower crane. Through seamless coordination and expert ex*****on, we achieved our goal with precision and efficiency.

This milestone is a testament to the dedication and expertise of each member of our team. From our skilled partners to our site team, their commitment to Chase has propelled us forward on this journey.

The W2 team are thrilled to announce a major milestone in the construction journey of the W2 building! On January 24th, 2024, we celebrated the completion of the structural phase with the pouring of the final slab – marking the triumphant “Top Out” of W2! Focus now shifts to the next phase, our team is gearing up to finish the fit-out of the apartments, landscaping on level 5 podium and surrounds of W2. The team want to extend our gratitude to everyone involved – from our dedicated construction team to all of our subcontractors who contributed to achieving this milestone. This journey has been a collective effort, and we can’t wait to see the finish product on track for completion in the second quarter of 2024. Stay tuned for more updates as we move forward on the build.
