Here are a few tips to keep your home in great shape this season:

🌿 Clear gutters and downpipes of autumn and winter debris
🪟 Check window and door seals for any draughts or gaps
💨 Test smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and replace batteries if needed
🐜 Look out for any signs of pest activity as the warmer weather arrives
🌱 Tidy up outdoor spaces and report any garden maintenance needs to your property manager

Remember, if you notice anything that needs attention inside your home, contact your property manager in writing with photos so we can get it sorted quickly.
