founded in 1991 by Noel and Doreen Tennant as `Tennant Hydraulic Consulting Services Pty Ltd’ providing Building Hydraulic Services Consultancy to the ACT region. Following 16 years of successful operation and growth in June 2007 David Tennant and Robert Perry assumed ownership of the business under the new name of THCS (ACT) Pty Ltd. THCS have acquired extensive experience having undertaken a diverse range of works for local and federal government agencies as well as a range of private sector clients.
