ms. My background spans surveying, logistics, hospitality, tour guiding, and senior roles in the IT industry across retail, investment banking, and government. I’ve worked hands-on in building and assembly, customer support, technical analysis, and IT management, with responsibility for systems, devices, networks, and security. After project-managing the partial rebuild of my own home and supporting a small business with website development, I realised I’d built a strong mix of practical skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving experience. That led to the creation of The Helpful Bloke. My aim is simple: to provide honest, reliable, and fairly priced property maintenance and technology support to the Canberra community. From everyday repairs and general maintenance to tech setup and troubleshooting, I’m here to help when you need a capable, trustworthy extra set of hands.
