Our property managers attend national conferences as well as local conferences conducted by leading industry figures as part of their continual training. 🏘 In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 2,191 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week.

📈 REIWA members reported 684 properties leased last week, which is 8.2% higher than four weeks ago and 22.5% higher than a year ago.

For the week ending August 4th

🏘 In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 2,519 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week.

REIWA members reported 636 properties leased last week, which is 1.2% lower than four weeks ago but 10.6% higher than a year ago.

For the week ending the 2nd of June

🏠 REIWA members reported there were 2,405 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is similar to the week prior.
📈 Last week's rental listings figure is 8.5 per cent higher than four weeks ago and 16.4 per cent higher than a year ago.
📈 REIWA members reported 680 properties leased last week, which is similar to the previous week, 3.7 per cent higher than four weeks ago and 23.2 per cent higher than a year ago.
