We’re hiring: Sales Administrator (Full-Time) —Explore Property Whitsunday
As our Sales Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps our team on track and our clients supported. You will work closely with the Principal, sales team, and operations to ensure every part of our sales process is handled with care, accuracy, and exceptional service.
Your day will be varied and rewarding, including but not limited to
Key responsibilities:
- Managing our new client onboarding process
- Processing listings and maintaining accurate data
- Support sales team with admin tasks
- Contract Administration
- Marketing Coordination
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in Sales Support or Property management role and advantage but not required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills - Google Suite, Canva, Vaultre
- Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
