Due to continued growth, Whitsunday Vacations is seeking a dedicated and professional Reservations Assistant to join our industry-leading holiday property management team.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences and curating unforgettable holidays in one of Australia's most iconic destinations and we're looking for someone who shares that passion.
🌟 About the Role:
As a Reservations Assistant, you will be a key part of our guest journey, from the first enquiry to final check-out. Your attention to detail and organisation will help ensure each guest's stay is seamless, stress-free, and memorable.
🧭 Key Requirements:
✔️ Availability to work weekends and public holidays, school holidays, and peak periods (Xmas and Easter)
✔️ A valid driver’s licence
✔️ Strong work ethic and reliability
✔️ Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
✔️ Friendly, professional communication style
✔️ Sound local knowledge of the Whitsundays
✔️ Previous reservations or hotel experience (desirable, not essential)
✔️ Minimum 12-month commitment
