A little update …
Those who know me through real estate may have noticed I’ve been a little quiet lately…
In August, an unexpected emergency and the premature arrival of our twins brought our family to Townsville. We’ve been here since, with the twins receiving care at Townsville University Hospital.
Spending this much time in NICU gives you plenty of time to think. For me, a lot of that has been about our family and what work and life might look like from here.
Mortgage broking is something I’ve been interested in for a long time. I completed my qualifications a while ago, and with my experience in property and everything that’s happened over the past few months, I decided it was time to take that next step.
I’ve now joined Loan Connectors as a mortgage broker. We’re still in Townsville with the twins, and I’m slowly getting started remotely while we’re here.
I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity I’ve been given by Loan Connectors and I am excited to bring their established reputation to our local area, a market that I am confident in.
To everyone I’ve worked with through buying or selling property, thank you. I’ve really appreciated your trust and getting to know you along the way.
Through real estate, I’ve seen how much getting the finance organised matters when buying a home. I’m looking forward to working with people on that side of the process, whether it’s a first home, their next purchase, an investment property or a review of their existing loan.
There’s plenty ahead, and I’m looking forward to staying in touch with familiar faces and getting to know new ones.
