People’s lives change, but their connection to home, family and community often stays the same.

During our community engagement for Botanix, local residents told us they wanted more choice in the types of homes available across Redlands.

Our research found:
• 60% felt there wasn’t enough housing diversity in their neighbourhood
• Almost one in three would consider something other than a traditional standalone home for their next move

Euca Terraces at Parkwood responds to that feedback by creating another way for people to stay connected to the community they know and love, in a home that better suits the way they live today.
