Routine inspections are one of those things that sound more stressful than they are, especially if you've never been through one before.

Here's what you actually need to know.

You'll always get proper notice. Queensland law requires at least 48 hours written notice before any inspection. We make sure you always know exactly when we're coming.

It doesn't take long. Most inspections take around 20 to 30 minutes. You don't need to be home, though you're welcome to be.

We're not looking for problems. Samara and Danielle are checking that everything is in good working order — and if something needs attention, we'd rather catch it early than leave it to become a bigger issue.

Landlords get a full report. Detailed notes and photos after every visit, so you always know exactly how your property is tracking.
