I have always understood the value of community involvement. It has been the cornerstone of businesses that I have successfully run to date and is a key factor in my real estate business. I have always been business minded. I was still at school when I set up my first car detailing business at 12, with a pushbike and trailer and, by the time I left, I had developed a full-time business with a mobile detailing van. I won a Young Business Achiever’s Award in 1999. I was born and schooled in the Redlands, spending many years living in Maridale Park Capalaba, and now living with my wife and three young children in Cleveland. I'm very involved in Sheldon College, where my children attend, sponsoring many events throughout the years. I'm also a fully qualified Justice of the Peace. After selling my first business, I became state territory manager for a headwear company. As the top salesperson each year for six years, I grew the business and expanded the clientele from 120 to just over 800. Looking for a bigger challenge, I opened a larger mobile detailing, paint touch-up and scratch-removal business as well as developing our own car care products. After selling this, I moved into the motorcycle industry where I went on to become the business manager and later sales manager. However, my heart has been in the property market since I bought my own property at the age of 20. I’ve worked at some of the Redlands top performing agencies over the last few years, building my team and smashing goals. In August 2019, I was proud to have opened up my own agency - ‘Gould Estate Agents’.
