Life at The Cape 🌿🌊

Great to introduce Jess, our new Project Manager at The Cape, pictured here taking in the coastal views from one of our beautiful homes with Tony O’Connell from TS Constructions

One of the great things about building at The Cape is the depth of local knowledge. Our builders know these coastal conditions, many grew up in the area, and some even live within The Cape community themselves.

Together, our builders have now delivered more than 140 homes at The Cape, averaging around 8-star energy efficiency.
