Menangle Park, today, is a mix of village charm and open rural paddocks on Sydney’s south-west fringe.
But the future is bigger: guided by a comprehensive masterplan, Menangle Park is being shaped into a new town centre for the region. Menangle Park (Dahua) will deliver over 4,000 homes for ~9,800 residents, with a school, childcare, a town centre and 41ha of green space. Next door, The Village, Menangle (Mirvac) adds 380 homes and a 1.3ha park, anchored around Menangle Station. The masterplan also allows for future high-rises near the station, creating a transit-focused hub with shops, jobs and apartments.
Menangle Park will link to the region through Spring Farm Parkway, with the development identified in planning documents as a future Strategic Centre for Greater Macarthur. That means not only homes, but also retail, employment and higher density development, positioning Menangle Park as one of the south-west’s key urban hubs.
With new homes, jobs, high-rise living, transport upgrades and green corridors around the homestead, Menangle Park transformation is more than growth, it’s the blueprint for a new community.
