What catches your attention when looking at online listings?

We find furnished rooms always get more clicks than vacant ones.
Digitally added furniture is a very quick and cost effective way to make a listing photo pop.

Our listings are always updated with a disclosure that photos have been digitally altered.

How amazing are local parks and reserves becoming?!?

This is the new Sandfield Youth Space in Carrum Downs, and boy does it look fantastic. It's located in Sandfield Reserve, and its just the start of their revitalistion project for the area.

We were lucky to have Harri in recently for year 10 work experience and he has all of our JPP lolly bags labelled and sorted.
