As a Colorado native, I have lived and sold houses throughout the front range. I obtained my real estate license in 2000 when I was an associate managing partner of a 1,000-acre mixed-use project that we were taking from raw ground to a mixed-use community. It
provided a wealth of education that most real estate professionals never get. Everything from understanding how governments and special use districts play an intricate role in houses and communities, to understanding water rights, easements, groundwater, environmental factors, HOA’s roles, and much much more. After moving on from that, I started to focus on residential properties and that is where I found my passion. I love being able to help people and I love houses and their energy. Whether you are looking for a first-time home, a fixer-upper, a place to raise a family, to retire, in the country or the city I am your person. If you are looking for someone to sell your home, I help out with home staging, as well as keeping up with the market and looking for the best way to market your property to the right people to get you the top dollar as fast as possible.
