Project flashback: In November 2016, we completed construction of four, three-level townhouses alongside Royal Park in Parkville.

Designed by Fieldwork and built by Mancini Made, the townhouses were designed to connect with the adjoining parklands and to echo the natural aspects of the river red gums. The charcoal bark of the tree trunks is referenced in the ribbon of dark metal cladding that wraps the lower portion of the townhouses. On the pitched forms above, hardwood timber battens blend with the mottled greys of the trees as they age naturally over time.

Project flashback: In November 2022, we completed the first stage of our Stewart Street, Brunswick project with the restoration and transformation of a 1906 heritage house into two stunning, high-end residences.

Designed by the team at Tom Robertson Architects and meticulously constructed by 4 Brothers Construction, this project is a testament to heritage preservation and contemporary design.

Located on the footsteps of Sydney Road, this former Brunswick share-house was dilapidated yet retained original fireplaces, soaring ceilings, slate roof, concrete corbels and lime render. These features were restored, whilst layouts and new extensions were thoughtfully designed to maximize space, natural light and functionality. Ultimately, the renovation created ideal homes for contemporary living.

Townhouses were sold on completion by Nelson Alexander.

Stage 2 of the Stewart Street project is currently under construction with the same team.
