This quality family friendly holiday home is provided for the discerning family holiday maker with a party of a maximum of 14 persons only. The property consists of 4 prime bedrooms upstairs, 3 King (one with ensuite) and 1 Queen. Downstairs is a large Family room virtually self-contained, with 3 Double Bunk beds ( NOTE : no linen etc. supplied other than mattress and mattress protectors to these
beds), a large bathroom, Refrigerator, Dining table, HD TV, X-Box, Foosball Table and Laundry. Outside is Darts, Table Tennis, Hookey plus 3-person Sauna and 6-person Spa. The property has its own Wharf and floating Pontoon Jetty with the actual boat ramp 5 minutes away. The property is fully fenced for all except the river frontage to add to security for the young ones. Car parking within has undercover parking for up to 6 vehicles, and additional car / trailer at the front of the property. Vehicles and Trailers are not permitted to park on lawn areas. COST
