The completion of civil works for stage one is such an exciting milestone!

Big things are happening at The Hermitage!

Stage 1 civil works are now complete, marking a major milestone in bringing our newest land lease community to life. The essential infrastructure for the first 44 homes is now in place, with final asphalt works to be completed this month. 🚧

Things are moving along nicely at The Hermitage!

As you can see here, the road base is now down and power rough-in and communications works are underway across the site. It might not look glamorous just yet, but these are the milestones that signal real progress and bring the vision for the community one step closer to reality.
