A lovely little memory: A friend painted me this of the first home I bought for myself and it sits proudly in our living room. I was so proud of this gorgeous little 1800’s cottage in Ipswich. All I had wanted in my 20’s was a little cottage of my own and a rescue greyhound. I got the keys on Valentines Day and adopted Steve the same day. A lovely family owns it now, and I have such fond memories of my time there. First homes can be so dang special. 🥹🏡

Well today we had cleared the calendar for the Chapel Hill Primary Fete, but as it’s been postponed due to rain (sad times!), one of my best friends Zoe and I (also a fellow real estate gal) went on a science trip to see what normal people do on a Saturday usually! We went to one of our fave haunts - Wild Canary and honestly, have you seen a cuter planter in your life?! 🐑🌿
