Auction day today at 11 South St Adamstown. Unfortunately we missed out. 😢

5 registered bidders. Sold for just over $1.4m. Which is $150k over the guide and approx $100k over the reserve.

This property needed a lot of work but had good bones and was in a sort after location. It still goes to show that the market is still strong in the premium locations.
