As part of our ongoing commitment to fair and transparent strata management, we are transitioning away from insurance commission-based remuneration and moving toward a model where insurance commissions received on policies we arrange are returned to the relevant Owners Corporation.

This approach helps keep more money within the community, supporting the ongoing management and maintenance of your property.

It's just one of the ways we're working to deliver genuine value, transparency, and trust in strata management.

As you all know, five members of our team proudly took part in the 2026 SLEEPOUT for Soul Hub Newcastle on Friday. There was cold concrete, sleeping bags, a little rain, and a whole lot of community spirit ✨

We are incredibly proud to share that our five amazing team members almost doubled our fundraising goal, collectively raising an outstanding $4,451.00 for Soul Hub 👏🏼💙

One of the most moving parts of the night was the display of 910 tea lights, representing the 910 people Soul Hub supports every month. Alongside the lights were stories and messages from guests sharing how Soul Hub has helped them through some of the hardest times in their lives. It was emotional, eye-opening, and a powerful reminder of why the yearly SLEEPOUT event matters so much.

Even Mother Nature decided to throw in some rain for the full experience 🌧️ Thankfully, the team managed to score a sheltered spot behind a wall to keep themselves dry. While the night itself wasn’t exactly comfortable for them, waking up to some pleasant views the next morning definitely made it worthwhile.

Thank you SO much to everyone who donated, supported, shared our posts, and helped us be part of such a meaningful experience. We are incredibly proud to support the amazing work Soul Hub does for our Newcastle community every single day, and we look forward to continuing to support them as our charity partner throughout 2026 💙

Only 3 days to go until the Soul Hub sleep out! On Friday, five of us will be swapping our warm beds for sleeping bags in a carpark to help raise funds and awareness for people experiencing homelessness and hardship in our Newcastle community.
