As you all know, five members of our team proudly took part in the 2026 SLEEPOUT for Soul Hub Newcastle on Friday. There was cold concrete, sleeping bags, a little rain, and a whole lot of community spirit ✨

We are incredibly proud to share that our five amazing team members almost doubled our fundraising goal, collectively raising an outstanding $4,451.00 for Soul Hub 👏🏼💙

One of the most moving parts of the night was the display of 910 tea lights, representing the 910 people Soul Hub supports every month. Alongside the lights were stories and messages from guests sharing how Soul Hub has helped them through some of the hardest times in their lives. It was emotional, eye-opening, and a powerful reminder of why the yearly SLEEPOUT event matters so much.

Even Mother Nature decided to throw in some rain for the full experience 🌧️ Thankfully, the team managed to score a sheltered spot behind a wall to keep themselves dry. While the night itself wasn’t exactly comfortable for them, waking up to some pleasant views the next morning definitely made it worthwhile.

Thank you SO much to everyone who donated, supported, shared our posts, and helped us be part of such a meaningful experience. We are incredibly proud to support the amazing work Soul Hub does for our Newcastle community every single day, and we look forward to continuing to support them as our charity partner throughout 2026 💙

On 15 May, five brave members of the Lake Group Strata team (Mel, Jessica, Lisa, Jess & Bridgette) are ditching their beds for sleeping bags in a Newcastle carpark... on purpose 😅

Why? We’re raising funds for our charity partner Soul Hub Newcastle, supporting people doing it tough in our community.

We had such a fun morning in the office last week celebrating Easter 🐣✨

From our Easter hat parade (with some very creative entries 👀) to a delicious morning tea and raffle, it was a great way to bring the team together and enjoy a bit of lighthearted fun.

Even better, all funds raised went to our amazing charity partner, Soul Hub 🧡
