The building is having its annual fire safety inspections.

You would have received notes from Quantum Fire for access to your unit, and you may notice some lights out in common areas while they test the emergency lighting.

Good news for those struggling with the current heat wave.

The installation of the new air-conditioning pumps has been completed. These new pumps are quieter for those living on the top floors and more energy efficient.

The new rooftop ventilation fan has arrived and been installed, we thank you for your patience.

Water has been restored to the building. The problem was a solenoid that controls the water level in the cistern. City Pumps have replaced the faulty part and shown us how to bypass the solenoid should the same fault occur in the future.

The Sydney Comedy Festival is coming, from 24th to the 21st of May.

Just a friendly reminder that you have to press the raised answer button BEFORE you press the release (key) button, or the doors/lifts will not respond.

Just pressing the release button will not allow access.

The next scheduled council clean up isn't until January. In the meantime, if you need a "general" collection pick up please call Willoughby council on 02 9777 1000 to arrange. They will give you a date by which to move your items to the loading bay.
Once you've arranged the pick up, please notify the Front Desk - to avoid being confused with illegal dumpers.
