🏡 Exciting Progress at The Woodlands!

Stage 1 is moving along nicely, and it’s been such a joy to see the first settlements now happening. ✨

There’s nothing quite like that moment of stepping into your brand-new home for the very first time, the fresh start, and maybe even a little welcome surprise waiting inside. 🎁

The Woodlands is truly starting to come to life, and we can’t wait to welcome more future neighbours as the community continues to grow.

🏗️ The Woodlands Construction Update

Stage 1 construction is complete, and we’re waiting for final clearance from Melbourne Water. Settlement is expected in 30 days.

🛠️ Stage 2 (Lots 34–42): Plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and internal painting are underway. Kitchens and robes are being installed across several lots.

🏡 Stage 3 (Lots 17–26): Brickwork and roofing nearing completion. Stairs, cladding, and rough-ins in progress.

🔨 Stage 4: Roof trusses, brickwork, and window installation are ongoing. Pre-plaster checks and wrapping are underway.

We’ll continue to share regular updates as we move closer to welcoming you home to The Woodlands.

The Woodlands 🔨🏠
Recent on-site developments include steady work on roofing, windows, and external doors, plus ongoing plastering, joinery, and painting. Landscaping is coming along nicely, and essential utilities (water tanks, hot water units, gas connections) have been installed.

Stage 2 (Lots 34–42) is expected to wrap up in about 3 months, and Stage 3 (Lots 17–25) in 4–5 months. We’re also preparing for the Stage 1 (Lots 11–16) settlement in the second quarter of this year.
