Winter in Queensland, does it actually slow the property market? πŸ€”β„οΈ

Most buyers assume fewer people are looking this time of year.
But here's the thing: less competition = more opportunity for serious buyers.

Smart movers know winter can actually be the BEST time to make your move.

What do YOU think? Does the cold slow things down or is that just a myth?

πŸ‘‡ Comment YES (it slows down) or NO (it doesn't matter) below.

Okay. We're going there. πŸ‘€
Brisbane has some suburbs that get WAY more hype than they deserve and others quietly doing the work while no one's paying attention.

Our take πŸ‘‡
πŸ”΄ OVERRATED (we said what we said):

Paddington - Beautiful, yes. But you're paying a premium for the hill and the buzz, not necessarily the fundamentals.

Hamilton - The Portside effect has inflated prices. The substance hasn't always kept up.

New Farm - Lifestyle and prestige carry a huge premium. Great amenity, but buyers often pay more for the postcode than the actual long-term value equation.

🟒 UNDERRATED (and quietly crushing it):

Hendra - Blue-chip fundamentals, airport proximity, still 15–20% cheaper than its neighbours.

Moorooka - Old character housing, 8 mins to CBD, barely anyone's talking about it. That's the signal.

Wavell Heights - Larger blocks, established trees, families figuring out what Stafford figured out 5 years ago.

Before you DM us angry, we love all Brisbane suburbs. We just think some are flying under the radar for reasons that won't last.

πŸ‘‡ What do YOU think? Which Brisbane suburb is criminally underrated right now?

Hands up if this was you πŸ™‹
Waiting. Saving. Watching the market move while you try to hit that magic 20% number.
Here's the truth, you may not need it.
With as little as 5% deposit, you could already be in a position to buy in Brisbane. And if you qualify for the First Home Guarantee, you could do it without paying a cent in LMI on top.
Save this post πŸ“Œ and share it with someone who keeps putting off buying , they need to see this.

There's a reason people move to Brisbane. β˜€οΈ
283 days of sunshine a year.
The kind of mornings where coffee tastes better outside.
Where Sunday breakfast becomes an event.
Where the backyard isn't just a yard, it's your favourite room in the house.
Brisbane homes are designed for this.
Decks. Alfresco dining. Outdoor kitchens. Space to breathe.
If you've been dreaming of this lifestyle, it's closer than you think.

πŸ‘‡ Tag the person you'd share that Sunday morning coffee with.
DM us and let's find you a Brisbane home that lives as good as it looks.
