Horizon Update

Upper basement 1 slab has been installed today with a seamless effort from Pump Action and Nichols Construction. We can only see each level getting more efficient moving forward.

Opalyn is excited to see our podium slab pour next which will mark the start of Horizon reaching above street level and taking its shape over Suttons Beach.

Lower Basement 1 slab going in early this morning as we look to get the rest of B1 slab complete before the end of the week.

Not long till we start to see the project take shape as it comes out of the ground and we start unlocking pristine views of Moreton Bay.

Opalyn and Position Property are wishing a farewell to a longtime friend and worker Wayne who has been working along side us across multiple buildings helping to maintain their shine from project completion to many years after.

It was always a pleasure to walk around a corner and see Wayne striking up a conversation with tenants and locals walking past the buildings. His generous and polite attitude towards everyone really makes him stand out in our community, and to all of us here at Opalyn and Position Property.

We wish Wayne all the best with his retirement after his 20 years of dedication and look forward to sharing some cold ones with him!

Horizon crane er****on in progress today!

This a big step forward in the construction of Horizon as we will be able to start loading materials in for our basement slab as we continue to make our way out of the ground.

One this project makes its way out of the ground it will consist of breathing taking views stretching beyond Suttons Beach and towards Moreton Island.

Incredible progress at Horizon on Suttons Beach with bulk excavation happening as we get down to basement 2 level with basement wall retention taking place.

Once ground slab level is reached, we will start work on slab preparations.
