This extremely rare opportunity presents itself to the lucky candidate who takes pride in providing unparalleled levels of customer service to clients. Lambros Realty is seeking an experienced Property Manager to fulfill this exciting new 'Work-From-Home' role.
The candidate must be a positive individual, that has confidence and enjoys taking control of the primary tasks associated with Property Management. The successful candidate will manage a small portfolio in which they will help convert new business and organically grow the company's rent roll - they will be handsomely rewarded along the way!
About Us:
Lambros Realty is a boutique family run agency, founded by Angelo Lambropoulos who has been providing real estate services to Sydney's 'Hills District' and surrounds since 2013. Today, this growing and innovative business is operating as a satellite office, specialising in Property Management.
The Role:
* Maintain high quality standards in delivery of all Property Management services.
* Keep up to date with relevant legislation.
* Maintain high quality standards in delivery of services in keeping with our brand and highly credible reputation.
* Regular and close communication with landlords and tenants.
* Entry & Exit condition reports are handled externally, so the candidate will not need to undertake these duties (unless in case of emergency, in which the candidate will be compensated for).
* Facilitate maintenance and repairs where required.
* Undertake routine inspections, no more than four (4) per year, and no less than two (2).
* Prepare and attend NCAT if required. (Please note, Lambros Realty has not had to attend tribunal - that is how smoothly our portfolio is running).
* Ensuring compliance is up to date.
* Bilingual Mandarin/English speakers welcome.
The requirements:
* Minimum of 2 Years Property Management experience.
* High level of self-discipline, the ability to autonomously work from home without supervision.
* Competent computer and communication skills.
* Strong time and organisational skills.
* Effective relationship building.
* Hard-working, honest work ethic, trustworthy and reliable.
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration.
* Drivers License.
* Experience using PropertyTree, Inspection Manager and/or VaultRE preferred (but not mandatory).
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships.

* 20 Hours p/week - Flexible hours on offer to suit the candidates weekly schedule. (Work on Saturday's will only be required if property inspections are taking place, otherwise no weekend work).
