It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our queen. She has ruled fairly over the hive for just short of 12 months, and was an advocate for peace and prosperity amongst this hive and other species.
Her children will carry on her legacy, which includes always getting into your house even when every door and window is shut, flying into your TV screen non-stop, destroying local ecosystems, hovering around your wheelie bin on bin day when you got 1 minute before the truck shows up, building nests outside, building nests inside, merging nests that are outside with nests that are inside, and randomly dying between your fly screen and window.
Business will continue as usual, but her legacy, and pain left behind, will be felt for generations to come.
