20 Years of Shaun!
This week we recognise an incredible milestone — 20 years of Shaun Salter with Fraser Valuers.
Two decades in one business represents an extraordinary amount of experience, knowledge and commitment.
Anyone who has worked alongside Shaun will know he is undoubtedly one of our most particular valuers — and we mean that as a compliment! His attention to detail, thorough approach and exceptionally high standards have become part of what we know and value about Shaun.
After 20 years, the wealth of knowledge and experience he brings to Fraser Valuers is difficult to measure. He has seen markets change, technology evolve and the valuation profession transform, while continuing to bring the same considered approach to his work.
Shaun, congratulations on an outstanding 20 years with Fraser Valuers. Your knowledge, commitment and contribution to the business and Team over two decades are greatly appreciated.
An incredible achievement and a testament to two decades of dedication.
Congratulations, Shaun!

Bush to boardroom. ✈️🚁

Rural inspection this morning. Boardroom this afternoon.

One of the things I enjoy most about regional property is that no two days are ever the same. Whether it’s inspecting a grazing property by air or meeting clients back in the office, it’s all part of delivering informed advice and local expertise.

10 Years of Kev!

I experienced a walk down memory lane this morning.

From the dingy old office days, mountains of paperwork, and the infamous “girls getting coffee”, to the move into a professional office (thanks Rob for making the job look a bit more appealing!), a lot has changed over the past decade.

There have been new systems, new technology, changing processes, a few stern conversations about embracing progress, and no doubt plenty of laughs and head-shaking moments along the way.

Through every change, Kev has remained a steady hand, a wealth of knowledge, and a valued part of the Fraser Valuers family. In fact, you could be/are just the glue that sticks this whole show together!

Congratulations on reaching the incredible milestone of 10 years with Fraser Valuers. A fantastic achievement and one well worth celebrating.

Well done, Kev!
