Happiest of site starts Tayla & Lauri ( and Okko, Elvi & Arli).

We are building this lovely family our Formosa design in Yamba.

The media room and master bedroom are at the front of this design the kiddo's rooms all located around the living/kitchen in their own wing.

No doubt Tayla and Lauri will have their hands full in years to come, which is a good thing the Formosa also includes a mud room off the laundry and garage to hide away the end-of-school-day mess.
