CONSTRUCTION UPDATE // THE RESIDENCES, WAHROONGA

Construction at The Residences Wahroonga continues to make strong progress. We are currently finalising bulk excavation, completing detailed excavation, pouring concrete footings, and progressing landscaping works across the public domain.

Over the coming month, works will focus on completing bulk excavation, preparing for the slab on ground pour, and commencing formwork for Basement Level 1.

Stay tuned as we bring The Residences Wahroonga to life.

DASCO Australia is proud to announce our appointment as the construction partner for the Melrose Park Gateway at Melrose Park, marking the beginning of one of Sydney’s largest affordable housing developments and residential apartments.

As construction partner, DASCO Australia will deliver the project for PAYCE, in partnership with Evolve Housing, bringing 197 affordable housing apartments and 154 co-living units to one of Sydney’s fastest-growing urban renewal precincts.

The groundbreaking ceremony, was attended by NSW Minister for Planning Paul Scully MP, Member for Parramatta Donna Davis MP, Housing Australia Director of Investments Rohan Gibbs, Evolve Housing Group CEO Lyall Gorman, PAYCE Chairman Brian Boyd, along with other guests.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE // Jardin, Frenchs Forest

Construction is progressing at Jardin, located at 5 Skyline Place, Frenchs Forest, with works advancing steadily across the site.

Momentum is building on-site as the project moves toward its next key milestones with the ground floor slab now complete marking an important step forward.

Developed by Platino Properties and built by DASCO, Jardin reflects a strong focus on quality construction within the growing Northern Beaches corridor.

Construction is progressing well at Little Waterloo, with a major milestone recently achieved - the successful completion of the ground floor slab. Over the coming months, structural works will continue as the building begins to rise above ground level.
