Originally driven by what I didn’t like or want, I learned that I was attempting to move away from a crap life, rather than toward the life that my spirit knew I could live. r in many business ventures now. While most did not achieve the results sought by the owners, all have provided a breadth and depth of experience that cannot be learned through reading or in class. Some spectacular successes have certainly outweighed the many smaller failures. I have been starting and leading businesses since 1999. I played a key operational role in Securepay, one of Australia’s dotcom success stories and now owned by Australia Post. Perhaps the most significant success has been Certatech. As the founding operational leader I managed our budget from zero at start-up to many millions of dollars and was involved in negotiating and navigating a successful merger that now sees CMC Group operating with a budget exceeding $50 million dollars. My passion lies mainly with business start-ups and the people involved. My love for entrepreneurialism means that I enjoy supporting business founders most of all.
